Kantian Problem
If the noumenal cannot be understood, but only the phenomenonal, how are we to able to understand that you can't know the noumenal? After all, isn't the fact that things can't be known in their noumenal form an interesting property of the noumenal---and doesn't this imply direct knowledge of the noumenal? But if this is true, the remark is self-refuting.
