The Airport Security Dilemma
I believe there is a deep, deep problem with our current security set up: By attempting to thoroughly vet people before they go onto a plane, we have actually created another more vulnerable target of attack: The security checkpoint line itself.
The psychological consequences of such an attack might likely prove devastating. And I seriously doubt that our government is capable of thinking in such a way as to prevent that sort of attack.
